Breakfast Spot

There’s an aspect of general aviation culture that is both charming and alarming – the breakfast rush at a good airport café. The Little Aviator at Apple Valley Regional Airport did not disappoint, and by the lineup of airplanes outside, the restaurant’s fame has spread wide!

As we thoroughly enjoyed our eggs and coffee, the room just kept filling with pilots, co-pilots, and passengers until the aircraft ramp was full. Then, an hour or so later, engines were cranked and the ramp cleared…until lunchtime. (Jen)
